Mental Health Counseling

I believe therapy is a place where you should feel safe, understood, and supported as you work through life’s challenges. My approach combines existential philosophy with practical, evidence-based techniques like CBT, ACT, and exposure therapy. This means we can explore deeper questions of meaning and purpose while also building concrete skills to help you manage anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the impact of past trauma.

I work with a wide range of clients and concerns, but I have two special areas of focus: trauma and couples counseling. As a military veteran, I have a personal understanding of how overwhelming and isolating trauma can feel, and I tailor my approach to help clients process their experiences and reclaim a sense of safety and strength. In couples work, I support partners in rebuilding trust, improving communication, and deepening their connection. While these are areas of particular interest, my practice is not limited to them—I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all walks of life.

I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Touro University, Executive Offices, and my goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, or stronger relationships, I strive to meet you where you are and support you in creating positive, lasting change.
